The role
Lead data-driven decision making for Fresh SCM by addressing inventory analytics, forecasting, and optimization problems.
Design and validate optimization models for network inventory redistribution, vendor ordering, and auto replenishment.
Structure data, define constraints, parameters, and decision variables, and run simulations to optimize business outcomes.
Collaborate with forecasting, supply chain, product, and data science teams to deliver scalable analytics and decision-support solutions.
Define KPIs, improve opportunities, build dashboards, and explain performance variances to stakeholders.
Tackle the complexity of Fresh-Grocery with low shelf-life SKUs and high uncertainty while maintaining high decision quality.
