The role
Role focus: Design and implement large-scale ML models and systems to improve ad targeting, relevance, ranking, and engagement.
Develop automated mechanisms such as automated bidding and query expansion to boost ad platform efficiency.
Provide advertiser guidance to identify opportunities and maximize ROI.
Architect an internet-scale ML platform capable of real-time decision making.
Lead cross-team initiatives and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with product and sales to launch new ad features.
Preferred qualifications include AWS experience and background in advertising systems / marketplaces.
