The role
Serve as the primary technical contact for European clients, fluent in English and a second European language.
Collaborate with the sales team to gather requirements and design technical strategies that address European market needs.
Partner with client IT and business teams to troubleshoot issues, remove roadblocks, and accelerate solution deployment.
Provide training and enablement to partners on cloud solutions and best practices.
Support developers in containerizing applications and migrating to Kubernetes, and automate recurring tasks into reusable CI/CD assets.
Design, build, and operate container platforms with automation and infrastructure-as-code; manage hybrid cloud Kubernetes clusters; ensure remote-work readiness and travel across Europe as needed.
