Lead and develop a team of Data Scientists, while contributing as an individual contributor to tackle complex business problems.
Uncover key drivers of the business and translate insights into actionable recommendations that shape strategy.
Influence product and operations roadmaps by defining success metrics and driving measurement and experiment design.
Own measurement strategy, statistical analysis, and rigorous experimentation to fuel revenue, growth, and efficiency.
Interface with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to communicate findings and influence strategic decisions.
Develop a strategic learning roadmap, manage data pipelines, and ensure scalable, high-impact analytics across functions.
