The role
Own and drive hardware validation efforts for low-voltage programs.
Develop and maintain automation-focused test software to streamline execution, data collection, and analysis.
Design and build custom test equipment, such as PCBAs, harnesses, and fixtures, to enable efficient, modular validation.
Manage tests from setup through execution, coordinating resources and communicating status with program managers.
Collaborate with design partners, reliability teams, and suppliers to root cause failures and implement corrective actions.
Work with test technicians to validate components under realistic and accelerated usage and environmental conditions.
