The role

The role involves working on layout drawings, conducting site checks, and preparing infrastructure assessments. Candidates manage documentation, support terminal servers, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues both remotely and on-site. They are expected to have 2-3 years of experience with networks and AV installation, knowledge of wifi/LAN, and familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk. Technical skills required encompass network configuration, audio routing, and system integration, within a team environment.
