The role
The Content Analyst applies an inquisitive, data-driven approach to research and analyze content to maximize revenue and ensure songwriters are properly compensated.
Designs, implements, and refines processes, workflows, and documentation to support scalable, accurate content operations.
Works with large data sets to identify and resolve data discrepancies, maintaining the integrity of the repertory.
Leads and collaborates on analytical projects with internal and external stakeholders to deliver evidence-based results.
Supports onboarding, creates training materials, facilitates meetings, and participates in quarterly quality control and special data-cleanup initiatives.
Demonstrates detail-oriented, solution-focused thinking, strong communication, and the ability to adapt in evolving, ambiguous environments.
