Mechanical Engineer – Helensburgh

A Mechanical Engineer is sought to support infrastructure design and maintenance in a highly regulated environment. Candidates must demonstrate broad experience in mechanical systems such as pumps, HVAC, and pressure systems, alongside strong communication skills and the ability to manage workloads efficiently. The position requires a relevant engineering qualification, such as HNC, and a detailed understanding of design standards and infrastructure design. The engineer will provide practical solutions, contribute to safety culture, and act as an intelligent customer for safety-related contracts. Experience within the nuclear sector or high-hazard industries is desirable, alongside professional engineering status or equivalent.
