The role
Lead and manage data science projects for the UK BNPL risk portfolio, aligning analytics with business goals.
Develop, maintain, and deploy data models, algorithms, and reporting to support risk decisions across the BNPL funnel.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, drive strategic initiatives, and measure P&L impact of credit strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, compliance, and risk teams; ensure data quality and governance.
Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Evaluate new data sources (internal/external) for underwriting and decisioning while ensuring regulatory compliance.
