The role
Lead and supervise civil engineering work for high-visibility public works projects.
Design, plan, and manage multi-disciplinary projects from concept through construction, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental sustainability.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, review designs, budgets, schedules, and regulatory compliance.
Provide mentorship and oversight to junior engineers; advance professional development and career ladders within the Civil Engineer series.
Utilize field and office settings to inspect sites, oversee construction, and resolve technical issues that affect project performance.
Maintain focus on safety, budget adherence, schedule integrity, and community impact while exercising leadership and engineering expertise.
