The role
Work with users, designers, PMs, and data scientists to design cutting-edge, AI-assisted agents that help developers write better code faster.
Develop prompts, evaluators, and tooling for code-related tasks, and productionize these systems for integration with products.
Prototype quickly, gather real-world feedback from users, iterate, and ship features that deliver measurable value.
Keep up with the latest research in LLM prompting, agents, and code editing, applying findings to real-world use cases.
Collaborate with other teams to extend capabilities, such as IDE extensions delivering Copilot-like assistance or instrumentation for runtime data.
As a backend-focused engineer with 5+ years' experience, you’ll build scalable, high-performance software in Go, Java, or Python, and contribute to developer tools.
