Minimize machine downtime by implementing innovative changeover techniques and streamlined workflows.
Drive cost savings by applying best practices in labor utilization, methods, and cost analysis.
Analyze production costs and set quality and reliability standards for finished products.
Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align specifications, capabilities, and project status.
Review schedules, material flow, and responsibilities to optimize workflows and support capital planning, with travel as needed.
