The role
A leading recruitment agency seeks a factory operative for Monday to Friday day shifts in the United Kingdom. The role involves manual taping of coils, loading and unloading machinery, and performing general factory tasks. Candidates should have manual dexterity and the ability to work in a team environment, with good organisation skills. The position requires basic physical fitness and willingness to learn new skills within a manufacturing setting. The working hours are from 07:15 to 16:00, with weekly pay and approximately 28 days of paid annual leave including statutory holidays.
