The role
A senior machine learning engineer is responsible for developing AI models using Python and integrating AI agents into production systems. The role involves working with LLM orchestration tools like LangChain and LlamaIndex, and fine-tuning models through prompt engineering and API integration with platforms such as OpenAI and Anthropic. Candidate must have experience with cloud services including AWS, GCP, or Azure, and adhere to modern CI/CD workflows and software engineering best practices. Strong technical skills in backend development, AI tools, and architecture design are essential. The position is fully remote within the UK, with a six-month contract highly likely to be extended.
