The role
Lead Process Mechanical Engineer responsible for the planning, preliminary, and detailed design of water and wastewater treatment plants across Ohio and the region.
Oversee equipment selection, piping and pumping systems, and preparation of general arrangement drawings and construction documents.
Develop calculations, process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and support construction oversight and commissioning activities.
Coordinate with other disciplines, supervise CAD designers, and deliver integrated project documents.
Serve as Process Mechanical Discipline Lead, guiding teams, setting standards, and mentoring staff within a regional practice.
Operate in a hybrid work environment with strong emphasis on leadership, collaboration, and regulatory compliance.
