The role
Lead the team's technical direction and roadmap for large-scale product initiatives, aligning with organizational goals.
Drive architectural design, scalability, and performance improvements across mobile and web platforms.
Communicate complex features clearly to stakeholders and mentor engineers across organizations.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to prioritize work, influence staffing, and reduce technical debt.
Own long-term technical strategy for cross-company efforts, defining roadmaps and guiding execution through data-driven decisions.
Identify opportunities, synthesize requirements, and ensure quality through thoughtful reviews, testing, and monitoring.
