The role
Provide strategic counsel on land use regulatory matters, including zoning, permitting, and development approvals.
Draft and negotiate land use agreements, easements, and related regulatory documents.
Represent clients before planning commissions, zoning boards, and other regulatory bodies.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop regulatory strategies and manage complex permits.
A minimum of 3+ years of land use experience preferred, with strong analytical and advocacy skills.
