The role
Join a growing aerospace manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Production Associate on the 2nd shift.
Follow documented procedures and standard work to produce quality parts in a clean, organized workspace.
Assist with finishing, wax assembly, and wax injection tasks as assigned, and support continuous improvement.
Maintain excellent attendance and adhere to safety, DOT, HAZMAT, and environmental policies.
Required: HS diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, pass baseline hearing and vision screenings, and flexibility to work swing or weekends.
Pre-employment drug test and background check are required; compensation includes a shift differential and opportunities for advancement.
