The role
Lead and shape marketing and customer experience strategies to drive brand growth and operational excellence.
Advise on digital and emerging technologies, including GenAI, to deepen engagement and empower teams.
Generate cross-functional insights across culture, consumer behavior, and competition to craft strategic narratives.
Conduct brand, marketing, and experience audits; benchmark performance and identify gaps to guide roadmaps and business cases.
Facilitate design-thinking workshops to align stakeholders and translate ideas into actionable plans.
Collaborate with creative, data, design, and tech teams to deliver integrated strategies and pursue new consulting opportunities.
