The role
Prepare domestic and international shipping documentation and ensure all paperwork is accurate.
Route freight using standard routings or create classifications in line with NMFC guidelines.
Arrange transportation for specialized requirements such as hazardous materials, over-dimensional items, or non-standard shipments.
Provide routing directions to vendors for inbound freight and for online routing guide scenarios when specifics are not defined.
Assist in training represented employees and maintain compliant shipment processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize delivery timelines and cost efficiency.
