The role
Chargé(e) des Ressources Humaines H/F – CDI à 50% proche Périgueux (24).
Gestion administrative du personnel et paie, suivi des indicateurs RH.
Recrutement: rédaction d'offres, tri des CV et partenariats avec les écoles.
Interface avec médecine du travail, assureurs de prévoyance et mutuelle; RGPD et données RH.
Organisation et suivi des entretiens professionnels et modulation annuelle du temps de travail.
Profil: formation RH et au moins 2 ans d'expérience; sens de l'organisation, discrétion et esprit d'équipe.
