The role
The role involves managing internal and external communications across a UK franchise network, including press releases, media relations, and brand messaging. The candidate will support franchise owners with communication activities and identify PR opportunities to enhance brand presence. Responsibilities also include monitoring communications performance, protecting the brand’s reputation, and handling crisis management when necessary.
