The role
Supports clients with everyday banking needs, including account opening and routine transactions.
Manages personal and business accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
Advises on banking products such as loans, credit cards, and savings options to meet client needs.
Builds and maintains strong customer relationships, addressing issues with courtesy and follow-through.
Ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and maintains thorough documentation.
Contributes to branch sales targets and service goals through effective product promotion and customer engagement.
