The role
Partner with Product, Finance, Payments, Security, and Risk teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
Develop and deploy models, run experiments, and apply causal inference to quantify the impact on key outcomes.
Analyze product usage, forecast outcomes, and inform decision-making with rigorous analytics.
Design experiments, optimize flows, and design robust evaluation methodologies to guide strategy.
Communicate results clearly to stakeholders and drive cross-functional action that yields measurable impact.
Balance multiple projects with attention to detail, maintain a builder's mindset, and continuously challenge assumptions.
