The role
An established Scottish law firm seeks an insolvency litigation lawyer to join their Glasgow office. The role involves advising on contentious insolvency matters such as liquidations, bankruptcies, and administration proceedings, as well as acting in litigation concerning wrongful trading, misfeasance, breach of fiduciary duties, and director disqualifications. The candidate will manage cases in various courts, draft legal pleadings, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, while contributing to business development efforts. The ideal applicant will be qualified in Scotland with 2-6 years PQE, possess strong dispute resolution skills, and demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
