The role
Seeking a highly skilled Securities Attorney to advise on securities law and regulatory compliance in New York.
Provide legal counsel on SEC rules and assist with compliance programs.
Draft and review securities-related documents and support the preparation of SEC filings.
Conduct thorough legal research on securities laws and regulations.
Participate in due diligence for securities offerings and support cross-functional teams.
Requirements include a JD from an accredited law school, an active bar license, and strong analytical, detail-oriented skills.
