The role
Develop comprehensive analytics framework and product metrics to proactively track, attribute, and identify opportunities to improve e-commerce transactions and user experience in US operations.
Identify key trends, patterns, and opportunities to drive growth and optimize product offerings for creators and merchants.
Monitor KPIs and design a metrics framework to quantify cross-functional efforts in a data-driven way.
Conduct A/B testing and experimentation, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders for feature improvements.
Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize product adoption and performance-driven growth.
Design and implement reporting dashboards and data pipelines to deliver timely insights and improve internal workflows.
