The role
A Project Business Analyst is sought to support data and process optimisation within a financial services environment in Glasgow, working in an Agile setting. The role involves collaborating with clients and IT teams to gather requirements, create user stories, and track progress, while contributing to key project workstreams and participating in agile ceremonies. The position requires strong analytical and organisational skills, experience with data modelling and investigation, and excellent communication abilities to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of regulatory reporting, investment banking products, and project management tools is preferred, with agile experience being desirable. The role involves supporting strategic data adoption and process enhancements for regulatory reporting across EMEA regions.
