The role
Legal Contract Specialist:
- Review and interpret contracts for Quebec and Ontario in French and English, identifying ambiguous or complex clauses.
- Negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and other legal documents, ensuring Régulvar's interests are protected.
- Assemble and submit project documents to clients, including insurance
