The role
Own the design and delivery of core ML systems powering proactive, long-horizon AI experiences.
Manage end-to-end work from data preparation and training to evaluation, inference, and iteration.
Translate research ideas into production-grade systems and debug issues using real production signals.
Ship quickly, measure outcomes, and refine approaches under constraints of latency, cost, reliability, and safety.
Collaborate with research, product, and engineering to deliver concrete user impact and mentor other ML engineers.
Operate with ownership, write robust production-quality code, and push initiatives across the finish line.
