The role
Pre Construction Engineer and Estimator:
Analyze tender documents, contract requirements, and project scope; prepare risk analysis, quantity take offs, and cost estimates.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; 3-7 years of experience in rail or heavy civil construction estimating
