The role

Procurement Specialist: Conduct competitive bid processes, develop scopes of work, and coordinate procurement documentation. Review and analyze supplier proposals, evaluate pricing and scope alignment, and draft Recommendation of Award documentation.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, with 4+ years of progressive experience
