The role
Provide first-line IT support to internal users, diagnosing and resolving basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Troubleshoot Wi‑Fi, VPN, printers, and email while keeping meticulous ticket documentation.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including device setup and user account creation.
Escalate complex problems to senior staff and collaborate to implement effective solutions.
Configure and manage user accounts and permissions within Windows and macOS environments.
Work onsite in Azerables, France, delivering reliable support and growing toward network, systems, or cybersecurity roles.
