The role
Clean and maintain facility areas, perform routine inspections, and carry out heavy cleaning tasks, including notifying management of deficiencies or needs for repairs. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, frequently stand, move, and handle objects/equipment, and bend/stoop/kneel.
