The role
Lead a high-performing team of applied scientists and software engineers focused on advanced manipulation strategies and algorithms.
Set the team vision and technical roadmap to deliver reliable, scalable motion planning and control for contact-rich environments.
Guide research, design, deployment, and evaluation of manipulation systems, coordinating with perception, hardware, and software teams to deliver integrated robotic solutions.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, applying best practices in applied research and software development.
Prioritize people management—recruiting, coaching, and retaining top talent while fostering a culture of innovation.
