The role
A senior process engineer specialising in lithography is sought to support development, optimisation, and continuous improvement processes in semiconductor fabrication. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining photolithography and e-beam processes, supporting equipment such as scanners and mask aligners, and analysing manufacturing data to enhance yield and reduce defects. Candidates should have experience in high-technology manufacturing environments, with skills in SPC, Six Sigma, DOE, and problem-solving techniques. Knowledge of process qualification, NPI, and technical documentation is essential, with familiarity in MES and photonic circuits advantageous. The role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues, ensure safety compliance, and advance process innovation.
