The role
A legal professional with expertise in commercial property transactions supporting telecoms infrastructure projects is sought to manage various property caseloads, including leases, licences, and freehold acquisitions, from instruction through to completion. The role involves drafting and negotiating property agreements, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. Candidates should be qualified solicitors with 2–5 years' PQE in commercial property law, including landlord and tenant matters and the Electronic Communications Code. The position requires strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a solution-focused approach to managing a busy caseload. Desirable experience includes in-house legal work and property litigation exposure, all within a high-volume, professional environment.
