The role
Provides direct medical care to primary care patients in an office-based setting in Paramus, NJ.
Leads in a dyad with practice managers to guide clinical and support staff within the Primary Care service line.
Allocates 80% time to clinical responsibilities and 20% to administrative leadership.
Oversees operational functions, implements sound care protocols, and drives high-quality, patient-centered care.
Leads quality improvement initiatives (PDSA cycles) in collaboration with the quality team and service-line leadership.
Facilitates regular provider and staff meetings, ensures contemporaneous documentation, and upholds patient confidentiality.
