The role
Lead and manage property IT operations to align with business goals, ensuring safe, secure, and effective technology delivery.
Forecast technology needs, contribute to CAPEX budgeting, and drive cost-efficient IT project implementations.
Administer IT infrastructure, including desktops, servers, networks, and related hardware, with a focus on reliability and security.
Collaborate with vendors to validate solutions, ensure compliance with IT and Security Standards, and manage contracts.
Perform audits, inventories, backups, and disaster recovery planning to support business continuity.
Provide end-user support, escalate issues as needed, maintain documentation, and report status to property leadership.
