The role
The role of Strategic Growth Director involves leading the development and deployment of infrastructure growth strategies across various sectors including Rail, Water, Highways, Aviation, and Local Government. The individual will work collaboratively across departments to gather market intelligence, identify opportunities, and build strategic client relationships to support business growth. They will also lead major bids and contribute to sustaining WSP's position in the infrastructure market by influencing bid strategies and partnership approaches.
