The role
This role supports medical records collection for HEDIS data initiatives and audits.
It involves outreach to providers by phone, fax, mail, EMR retrieval, and on-site pickup to obtain records.
You will load records into the HEDIS application and assist with annual audits, then upload data to the internal database.
Provide project coordination support to leadership by coordinating, pursuing, and collecting medical records with HEDIS staff and vendors.
Some travel may be required to collect records and meet with providers.
Strong customer service, data accuracy, and meticulous organization are essential.
