The role
Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, FP&A, and Compensation teams to surface insights that improve pipeline health, quota attainment, and overall sales performance.
Build analytical models to measure funnel conversion, seller productivity, and commission effectiveness.
Develop high-quality dashboards and data products enabling self-service reporting for sales leaders.
Lead deep-dive analyses on sales performance trends and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Architecture, and IT teams to enhance and maintain curated sales datasets.
Present analytical findings to stakeholders across levels, ensuring clarity and alignment on key insights.
