The role

Provide administrative support in a high-volume court environment, performing case management entry and retrieval using systems such as iCIS, iCISng, APETS, JWI, and JMS. Direct the public to court programs and resources, respond to case-related inquiries from the public, attorneys, and staff, and review status reports and conduct research. Train new and existing staff on departmental processes and procedures, update and maintain case information, and assist in preparing statistical reports. This role requires strong customer service, written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and time-management skills to excel in a fast-paced, team-driven setting. Duties may require rotating between downtown locations. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of clerical or administrative experience; bilingual Spanish/English and familiarity with court-related statutes are preferred.
