The role
A bartender at Maldron Glasgow is responsible for greeting guests and providing excellent customer service while preparing beverages and recommending menu items. They should be friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about food and drinks, ensuring upselling to maximise revenue. Experience in a high-volume, busy food and beverage environment is preferred, along with fluent English and good communication skills. Familiarity with Micros and previous hotel experience in a 3 or 4-star hotel are advantageous but not essential. The role involves working with a team to deliver a welcoming and efficient service to all guests.
