The role
Network Engineer - Product Development:
Design, evaluate, and deploy next-generation network products and services, focusing on Metro-E and Cloud Services.
Requires expertise in Metro-E, Ethernet, and Cloud technologies, including MEF 2.0/3.0, BGP, OSPF, and IPv4/IPv6.
Experience with large enterprise networks, managed services, and service provider networks is a plus.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, MPLS, and Layer 2/3 protocols.
Proficiency in languages like Java, Perl, Python, and UNIX scripting.
CCNP, JNCIP certification and equivalent experience preferred.
Cloud management systems like OpenStack and VMware vCloud a plus.
Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
Familiarity with industry standards, ETSI, and security protocols.
Salary: $*** - $*** per annum, including benefits.
Pay rate: $*** - $*** per hour.
