The role
Own the end-to-end ranking and recommendation system, including online serving, candidate generation, and the features used by ranking algorithms.
Collaborate with global teams to design and deliver scalable, high-quality recommender solutions that enhance product discovery.
Mine large-scale data to uncover patterns in customer behavior and inform model improvements.
Develop new machine learning models and features, create data jobs, train models, and run controlled experiments to validate enhancements.
Build robust data pipelines for offline and online feature generation, and ship features and models with proper testing.
Lead initiatives with clear communication, drive impact on metrics, and mentor teammates across cross-functional teams.
