The role
Contribute to research projects shaping foundation models in visual design generation and editing.
Design and run experiments to test hypotheses, improve model behavior, and assess real-world performance.
Translate theoretical ideas into robust, production-ready implementations with guidance from senior teammates.
Refine model architectures and training methodologies to improve outcomes, collaborating closely with ML engineers.
Stay current with emerging trends and open challenges to inform research direction and impact.
Share knowledge through documentation, cross-team collaborations, and external papers or talks when appropriate.
