The role
The National Sea Logistics VinLog Manager is a key business partner accountable for driving development, management, and growth of VinLog UK Sea Logistics. Based anywhere in the UK with travel flexibility, you will actively engage with the UK Sea Logistics organization to align goals with plans and the organization’s success. Build deep internal and external relationships to drive VinLog success, acting as a strong influencer and resource orchestrator. Lead transformation by allocating resources, building a solid structure, and developing clear short- and long-term action plans and milestones. Define joint growth priorities, go-to-market solutions, and roadmaps to differentiate offers and capture market opportunities; monitor KPIs and business trends. Partner with Global VinLog teams to drive continuous improvement, maximize profitability, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery through strategic workforce planning and cross-functional collaboration.
