The role
Lead safety-focused data science for a high-velocity consumer AI platform with a two-sided ecosystem of creators and users.
Design, implement, and monitor safety metrics and rapid experimentation to drive user trust and platform safety.
Identify critical questions, extract actionable insights, and partner with engineering to translate findings into product improvements.
Build and scale data science foundations—tools, systems, and data pipelines—to support rapid growth.
Focus on ecosystem-wide content moderation, risk scoring, and safety controls across creators and users.
Bring 7+ years of data science leadership and 2+ years in trust & safety, delivering impactful results in fast-paced environments.
