The role
Senior leadership role within the Accountancy team responsible for growing and shaping the Birmingham service line.
Lead proactive, relationship-led advisory for owner-managed and SME clients, delivering high-quality client service.
Monitor market developments and leverage cloud-based systems and outsourcing to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
Drive business development by building and maintaining a local network to generate new opportunities.
Partner with SMT and other Partners to recruit, coach, and plan for succession to support office growth.
Requires ACA/ACCA qualification, strong commercial mindset, and ability to influence at all levels.
